If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund your money!
For the first 30 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise. All returns or exchanges must meet our guidelines. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, original condition, and have all original packaging, materials, and accessories.
Please make sure the return item in secure package with a copy of the original invoice and our email authorizing for the return. We highly recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Customer pays return shipping unless item damaged in transit. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. When we receive the item back as original, no damage or missing part we will process refund in 48 hours. Refund will be processed as original payment.
Shipping charges: Sorry, we cannot refund original or return shipping charges. The original shipping will be deducted from the amount of return items with free shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Damaged / Missing Items upon delivery:
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 4 business days of delivery, contact us by email email@example.com to report a missing item from your shipment. Please include tracking number, customer name, name and item number…
Damaged in transit: In the unlikely event if you’ve found damage to the package please keep the original shipping carton/shipping label. Contact us immediately within 4 days so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. If the item damaged inside a wooden crate, please do not continue to open wooden crate, contact us immediately for instruction.
Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
- Contact us within 4 days of delivery. Contacting us after this period voids any claim.
- Email us pictures of the damage within 2 days of contacting us about this claim. These are required by the shipping company to file a damage claim - NO EXCEPTION OF THIS POLICY.
- When we receive the pictures, we will review the damage. If the item is not repairable you will get a replacement at no cost.
- If we deem the item is repairable (such as a cannon/ anchor came loose during shipping) we will provide parts and instructions for the repair.
- If we deem the item is not “easily repairable”, but can be repaired by us, we will provide you a return shipping label and you will ship the damage item back to us
- Place the damage item securely in the original package, exactly as how it was packaged including all paperwork, parts and accessories and sending back to us
- When we receive the damaged item, we will ship to you another model at no additional cost.
Please note that: Missing parts, small parts broken, and “loose parts” such as cannons, anchors, propeller, rudder… are not damaged upon delivery. We will send you super glue, part replacements, and instruction if necessary to glue them back
When receiving the item, please check carefully. If you found any defect parts/items, please send us pictures within 04 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your pictures, we will provide the best solution. In case you need a replacement, please keep all original packaging materials and pack the item as original. We will send you re-call tag.
If you fail to follow the instructions above, your return/exchange will be void. Please contact us with any questions regarding the return policy.
